HR Manager

Getbucks, a financial technology company that provides financial services by making use of the latest technology is looking for an experienced HR Manager who should have the following credentials.

Requirements

Roles:

• Overseeing business functions and managing employees. She/he must be well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines - compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment and selection. Should have solid communication skills and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes.

Requirements:

• The person should have 5 years HR Management experience.
• The person should have worked on VIP (payroll system) before.
• Contactable references who worked with the person before.
• HR Related qualification.
