Principle Anti-Corruption officer II Legal Services Ref: DCEC 4/7/11 (83)

Duties and Resposibilities

- To provide legal services to the Directorate.

- Facilities and conducts workshops for investigations.

- Prepare and makes applications for search warrants, orders etc. at court.

- attends prosecution dockets for submission to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions office for prosecution.

- Supervises and assessed performance of junior staff in the Legal Service Division.

- Undertake any other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor of Laws

- A minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in legal issues and 2 years of which should have been served at D4 level or its equivalent

Salary and Benefits

D3 (P201 516 - P222 468) per annum

1. Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee pays 50%)

2. Contributory Pension Fund Scheme (Government pays 15% and the employee pays 5%)

3. Institutional housing or 15% housing allowance in lieu of housing

4. 30 working days leave per annum
