- Analyse the performance of products and services
- Suggest and implement appropriate action
- Products and services performance reporting
- Schedule and implement product specific offers to optimise uptake
- Monitor and manage service provider’s relationships and service
- Regular testing of products and services available and functionality
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bsc in Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering or Business Information Systems
- 3 years Product and Service Managements Experience
