1.BOILER - SHOP ASSISTANT

1.1.Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)

•Implement Safety and Health policies and procedures
•Assist Boilermakers/ Welder in carrying out boiler making and welding activities
• Continuous improvement

1.2.Minimum Requirements

•Trade B or Cin Boiler Making/ Welding or equivalent
•1 year post qualification experience with heavy earth moving equipment in a mining environment.

2.BOILER - SHOP CLERK

2.1.Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)

•Ensuring his/her safety and the safety of the entire work/ his colleagues
•Ensure data capturing is up to date on daily basis
•Records Management and management reporting

2.2.Minimum Requirements

•O'levels
•Computer literacy
•1 year secretariat or Clerks's experience
•Communication and interpersonal skills

3.BOILERMAKER / WELDER

3.1.Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)

•Implement safety and health policies and procedures
•Supervise Boiler shop assistant
•Carryout boiler - making and welding activities
• Continuous improvement
•Records Management and management reporting
•People management skills

3.2.Minimum Requirements

•National Craft Certificate in Boiler Making/ Welding or equipment
•Three (3) years post qualification experience with heavy earth moving equipment in a mining environment
•People management skills

4.MACHINIST

4.1.Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)

•Implement safety and health policies and procedures
•Carryout machining activities
•Continuous improvement
•Records Management and management reporting

4.2.Minimum Requirements

•National Craft Certificate/ Equivalent in Machine Fitter
• Thee (3) years post qualification experience with heavy earth moving equipment in a mining environment.
