CONTENT COORDINATOR - TRADE PORTAL

Main purpose of the job

Reporting to the Trade Portal Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the process of collecting and uploading of trade-related information (laws, regulations, measures news etc.) into the Botswana Trade Portal for public viewing in a timely manner. 

Key Performance Areas

The incumbent will;

• Be the direct link between BITC & the Focal Person of all relevant government Department for purpose of requesting & receiving information to be placed on the Trade Portal.
• Monitor the Portal’s statistics, such as user demographics, traffic flow & search engine placement, and prepare reports on such as and when requested.
• Expeditiously forward information received from the Focal Persons for due publication on the Trade Portal
• Do all matters incidental to the function of the content management, in keeping with the organizing principles.

Educational qualifications and experience

Degree / Professional qualification in Business field or equivalent plus four years of relevant business experience, preferably in the relevant business sector.
