Accounts Executive - Pay Points Liaison
Sales Executive, Individual Life
The roll will encompass pay point relationships management across the assigned pay points. The incumbent should also produce management reports as required.
Duties and Resposibilities
- Review and validate premium collection files and ensure timely submission of same to the respective pay points.
- Monitor and collect premium credit files from pay points as well loading them into the system.
- Monitor and collect premiums from pay points for receipting and allocations.
- Follow up and arrears and make proper arrangement with pay points and or clients to pay on monthly basis.
- Conduct monthly pay point reconciliation for manual pay points
- Automation of manual pay points and monitor the clean-up of manual pay points when turning electronic
- Ensure monthly control accounts are done timeously and accurately submitted
- Provide into preparation of management reports
- Coordinate testing on resolution of any identified system challenges and advice on results of the test in the terms of the recommendations for either development of new changes or further reviews of the resolution.
- Support premium administration manager and perform any other duties as may reasonably be assigned by a supervisor.Qualifications and Requirements
- A numerate degree such as Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, IT or equivalent
- Certificate or Proficiency (Long Term Insurance) will be an added advantage.
Special Qualification
-Candidate should have three (3) years' relevant work experience, at least one (1) of which should have been at supervisory level.
- Experience in a process engineering, MIS, systems developments and/or testing environment will be an added advantage.
Sales Executive, Individual Life
The role also exists to control and execute other acquisitions activities to maximise profitability of the customer base in the locality of the branch.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business or related field
- Professional qualification in sales and marketing would be an added advantage
- COP is mandatory
- Minimum of five (5) years customer service experience with a good understanding of the life insurance industry, and sound experience in managing a team of people. A track record in driving exceptional sales is a pre-requisite.
