The Bank requires the services of knowledgeable, highly skilled and self- driven individual for the following position SPECIALIST, SALES.
The incumbent will report directly to the Head, Sales. The Specialist, Sales will be responsible for acquiring new business to grow market share.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a BSB sale strategy for each of the selected target markets.
- Sells services and products to employers and individuals.
- Sets and manage sales targets.
- Works with Marketing to develop appropriate value proposition for the selected target markets.
- Analyses and monitors sales trends; makes recommendations to processes, systems and procedures.
- Prepares and performs sales presentations.
Position Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Experience: Five (5) years post-qualification experience in Sales/Marketing environment. Experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
Knowledge: Experiential knowledge in Marketing, Sales and Business Development.
