Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Foreman, the incumbent will be required to:
• Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specifications
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a high standard of repair quality
• Ensure that workshop processes are adhered to
• Achieve set targets
• Complete Warranty repairs on vehicles, as per the specifications
• Maintain and improve on repair standards
• Implement and maintain Franchise Rules and Regulations
• Mentor and develop Apprentices and Technicians
• Maintain house-keeping and Safety Standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• O Level / BGCSE certificate
• National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Auto Mechanics or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Qualified Diagnostic/Master Technician
• Unendorsed Driver’s Licence
