Description
- An advanced university degree in Science or related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in the Energy Sector.
- At least 4 years of experience with regional energy issues.
- Experience in the design and formulation of supported programmes and projects (possibly EU funded projects).
- Familiarity with development issues in Sub-Saharan Africa, especially in the area of Trade.
- Expertise in Sub-Saharan Africa, preferebly in the SADC region, would be an asset.
- Knowledge of other international donors would be an asset.
Duration: 48 working days.
