Vacancies exist for the posts of RECRUIT PRIVATES

1. QUALIFICATION

a) . BGCSE certificate with a minimum of 24 points
b) . Any other qualification would be an added advantage

2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

a) . Male Botswana Citizens
b) . Aged between 18-24 years
c) . Be physically fit
d) . No adverse criminal record
e) . Candidates should be in possession of the National Identity card (Omang)
f) . Minimum entry height of 165cm

3. BENEFITS:

a) . Free accommodation and subsidised utilities (water, gas & electricity)
b) . Optional contributory medical aid scheme (Govt pays 50% and employee pays 50%)
c) . Compulsory contributory pension fund (Govt pays 15% and employee pays 5%)
d) . Leave concession after every 2 years

4. REMUNERATION

BDF offers a remuneration which is commensurate with qualification and skills.

Leave Days per Annum: 25 Days
