•Salary: C1 (P123 168- P147 180) per annum

5.1.Main Purpose of the Job

•To be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of critical business processes in the Office of the Ombudsman.

5.2.Qualifications & Experience

•Applicants must have completed a minimum of 3 years as Management Analyst II
•Have passed the Certificate and Diploma in Management Services of the institute of Management Service (MS) or acceptable equivalent qualifications.
