Marketing Manager - Retail
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the successful incumbent will be responsible for defining, planning and executing the Retail Segment marketing strategy that supports revenue generation and improved profitability across the business. The incumbent shall act as brand custodian in the extension of the brand development and the application of the brand across the Retail Business.

The incumbent shall act as brand custodian in the extension of the brand development and the application of the brand across the Retail Business.
Requirements
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement the Retail Segment marketing strategy in line with the Bank’s overall strategy, adhering to approved budget
- Manage, lead, coordinate and execute all Retail Segment events and marketing initiatives
- Identify and Execute sponsorship opportunities available to grow the Retail business
- Successfully develop, implement and monitor marketing strategies that enable the growth of the Retail business
- Provide Marketing Analytics for lead generation
- Monitor, review and measure return on investment for marketing spend
- Act as a liaison between Retail, Agency and the media for all advertising and promotional needs
- Coordinate production of product literature (pamphlets & posters) and timeous distribution of product pamphlets and branding material for the Retail Segment
- Plan and execute Retail customer engagement forums and product launches
- Ensure compliance by external suppliers with the corporate identity specifications, governance and operating framework
- Provide comprehensive competitor intelligence to business and identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications & experience required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Marketing
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, techniques and concepts
- Proven experience in media buying, event management and coordination
- Project management
- Usage of advertising channels/ platforms
