5.1.Duties
•Patrols the Centre premises and the security wall to check signs of intruders on shift basis
•Arrests intruders and trespassers and hands them to the police, and inform the Centre Manager
•Seeks help from other watchman by raising alarm e.g. blowing of whistle or phones the police in case of attack by intruders
•Checks items in trucks entering the premises
•Checks items in trucks leaving the premises
•Takes kilometer readings on Centre vehicles coming back and in the premises
•Record names of people entering the premises and purpose of visit
•Ushers visitors to their respective office destination
•Check if the gate is electrically functional .
