Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
• Plan and prepare work packages for work to be done safely and efficiently
• Generation of weekly Master and Yearly Plans
• Create and review Predictive Preventative Maintenance Schedules for all assets within section
• Spares provision and forecast
• Accuracy and integrity of sectional Asset register, updated section component and equipment replacement plan including component changes
• Training and coaching artisans, foreman, Contractors and operations personnel in section on BCL Maintenance work process including the Delta
• Maintenance Compliance reports analysis and flagging areas requiring attention
• Generation of routine and adhoc maintenance performance reports
• Continuous improvement from CMMS data analysis
Job Requirements
• NCC/City & Guilds or equivalent
• 3 years post qualification experience as a Maintenance Foreman or at least 5 years at a Maintenance Planner level
• Industrial Plant Experience an added advantage
