1.1.Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Managing director, the incumbent will be required to:

•Arrange travel and accommodation for all departments as required. 
•Ensure that all filling is properly done
•Maintain the managing Director's calender
•Prepare/ organise events
•Manage bookings of the boardroom and training room in preparation for meetings
•Capture diesel and petrol data and order fuel
•Order cleaning chemicals and supervise cleaners
•Compile training, launches and OEM travel data

1.2.Knowledge

•Computer proficiency
•Knowledge of different cleaning agents and materials
•Customer satisfaction requirements

1.3.Skills

•Communication skills
•Interpersonal relationship skills
•Computer skills

1.5.Minimum Requirements

•O-level/BGCSE
•At least 1 year work experience
•Certificate in Secretarial and office management or equivalent qualifications
