Description

Key responsibilites
§ Track and report Projects progress against timeline and budget (BAU and Change CRES Projects) to Property Manager and Change Project Manager on assigned projects.
§ The identification and management of stakeholders, including third party suppliers (Maintenance Contractors, M&E Contractors on Projects and M&E Consultants).
§ Manage assignment deliverables to agreed timescales, quality and budget;
§ Identifying and managing all assigned project risks, issues and dependencies, resolving where appropriate and only by exception escalating issues to relevant parties for resolution;
§ Managing assignment communication plans and providing Property/Project Manager with key messages for cascade to the Business;
§ Provides technical input to the development of Project Proposals, liaising directly with External Suppliers, including Principal Contractors (Refurbishment Projects), Maintenance Contractors, Designers, Cost Consultants and all other supporting suppliers.
Essential/Basic Qualifications

Minimum of Mechanical or Electrical High National Diploma (HND) and a minimum 3 of years experience in Building Services delivery.
