2.ARTISAN RIGGER
2.1.Job Purpose
To carry out planned preventative and breakdown maintenance through inspection, lifting, moving and positioning heavy objects and servicing rigging equipment throughout the Mine to ensure optimal plant availability.
2.2.Key Performance Areas
•Erection and dismantle of scaffolding
•Inspections on all rigging and lifting equipment
•Maintains records of rigging equipment
•Safety, Health , Environment and Quality
2.3.Qualifications and Experience
•National Craft Certificate in Rigging
•The incumbent must have at least 3 years relevant posts qualification experience in Rigging.
