1.INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
1.1.Job Summary
To ensure optimum plant availability and performance, through installation, maintenance and calibration of Control and Instrumentation systems at Tati Nickel Mine.
1.2.Key Performances Areas
•Carries out installation, maintenance and calibration on field instrumentation
•Carries out tasks on PLC, SCADA and communications systems and a variety of technical equipment in areas of responsibility
•Safety Health, Environment and Quality
1.3.Qualifications & Experience
•National Craft Certificate in instrumentation and process control, N4 and successful completion of relevant apprenticeship programme.
•Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship experience in Instrumentation and should have a knowledge of PLC, SCADA and Communications systems.
•Drivers license is a pre-requisite.
