LECTURER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position(s) at the University of Swaziland

1. PROFESSOR/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/ SENIOR LECTURER/ LECTURER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY

Qualifications and Experience:

• A PhD. in Social Work with majors in Clinical or Community Social Work. • MSW holders can be considered for lecturer position.

Duties:

1. To teach Introduction to Social Work, Introduction to Psychology, Generalist Social Work Methods, Introduction to Social Policy and Social Protection to Undergraduate students.
2. To supervise Research Projects and conduct research.
3. To engage in Community Service.
4. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department.
