1.VOUCHER EXAMINER FSN -07/ FP-07 REF: N14/19 P103,775 p.a. (Starting salary)
1.1.Job Specification
•Responsible for preparing and sending out all accounts receivable invoices, as well as regular voucher examiner responsibilities such as voucher payments and reconciliation of statements.
•Examines the complex vouchers for State Program, and other U.S Mission agencies on an annual basis
•Ensures the processing f the vouchers are in accordance with the Federal Appropriation Law, Department if State and serviced agency regulations, post policy and AF Bureau Directives
1.2.Qualifications Required
•Completion of secondary school and two years accounting training required.
•Three years progressively responsible experience in voucher examining, accounting and related fiscal work with a minimum of two years voucher examining or related work.
•Level IV English (fluent both written and spoken) is required.
•Must have knowledge of Government regulations governing financial management.
•Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with little supervision and guidance; read and comprehend Travel Regulations and formulate travel related questions
•Must have proficiency in excel, word and ability to use Internet and Intranet to obtain information, download and upload data.
