1.MANAGEMENT TRAINEE(S) - 3 Positions

1.1.Job Purpose

The 3 successful job applicants will be trained for managerial position and expected to take full ownership of their development. During their training, they will be expected to acquire the required competencies within our business processes which include supply chain, brewing, quality control, packaging and warehousing, Sales and distribution and other management support services such as fleet management. Other areas of exposure will be in Safety, Health and Environment plus human capital management

The Trainee will be required to produce a detailed portfolio of evidence on all initiatives proposed, researched and tested as part of their training and development program. The trainees will be accorded support by Line Mangers and Support Staff

Competency guides and assessments will be used to monitor progress during the trainee ship with pass out scheduled for each standard unit completed. The final assessment leading to pass out will be conducted by subject matter experts within the business.

1.4.Qualifications

•One must possess a Degree in Business Management or equivalent or a Science Degree
