HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER;
Purpose of the job
To develop and direct the implementation of policies, strategies, plans and/or programs to ensure the most effective utilisation of human resources to support the Institute’s objectives. This must be accomplished within the framework of the Institute's overall corporate policies, plans, and programs.
Key performance areas
Existence of effective Human Resource and Administration policies and procedures
Policies and practices comply with relevant legislation
Trained and motivated Work force
Expenditure within budget
Management/Staff relationship (Organisational Climate)
Effective provision of administrative services
Qualifications
Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
Experience
5 years of Human Resource Management experience, two of which should be at middle Management level
Qualities
Negotiation, Decisive and Assertive
Creativity, innovative, and proactive
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Organizational and Planning skills
Remuneration
