SPECIALIST, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The Bank requires the services of knowledgeable, highly skilled and self- driven individual for the position SPECIALIST, PROJECT MANAGEMENT 
The incumbent will report directly to the Head, Strategy & Innovation. The Specialist, Project Management will be responsible for designing, planning and executing a spectrum of strategic projects to ensure quality and timely delivery within budget. 

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage and oversee the Banks’s special projects and tasks
2. Establish and execute project scope, objectives, constraints, assumptions and strategies.
3. Manage project resources in conjunction with functional Heads.
4. Manage da-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.
5. Monitors and reports on schedule and cost, margins and profitability.
6. Effectively applies Project Management methodology.
7. Prepares for engagement reviews and assurance procedures.

Position Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, with a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2. 

Experience: Five (5) years post-qualification experience of which three (3) should have been in a project management environment. 

Knowledge: Experiential knowledge of project management systems and tools, e.g. MS Project
