1.HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
1.1.Job Purpose
Resource Logic is a dynamic human resources consultancy based in Gaborone. We are looking for a graduate with experience in remuneration, HR policy development and/or organisation structure reviews for ad hoc projects. You must be good with people, have proficient excel and skills and have an understanding of job analysis, job evaluation and organisation structures.
Please note that this position is not full time. The incumbent will be contracted as and when required for when the organisation has big projects and requires extra assistants. Full time appointment will be considered once you display an effective track record.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
• A degree/diploma (at least 3 years) in Human Resources or a Social Science course in which human resources/organisational psychology or related field was a part of the programme is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience is required although more experienced candidates will be considered.
