Machine Control Systems Designer

Our Client - Is a Mining Capital Equipment Supplier that requires a Machine Control Systems Designer to develop and design specific machine control software, with an aspiration of growing within the organization - An innovative, lateral thinker that can get the job done.

Job Description -

• Develop new control software for machines
• Updating and improvement of current control software
• Development of machine specific diagnostic interface programs for field service technicians
• Commissioning and fault finding on new machines

Candidate Requirements -

• B-Tech in Mechatronic Engineering or similar with relevant experience
• 1-5 Years' experience within a manufacturing environment
• Project management capabilities
• Experience in PLC programming
• Experience in HMI development
• Understanding of CAN bus systems
• Good understanding of MS Office products
• Basic understanding of hydraulic control circuits
• Basic understanding of auto electric control circuits
• Understanding of digital control systems
• Own transport
