To plan the expansion and roll-out of Mascom's Radio Access GSM/UMTS network and accordingly dimension of the BSC/RNC for optimal performance to support business strategy.

•B.Eng Electrical (Electronic) or B.Eng Telecommunications/ Communications
•At least 1 year experience in Telecommunication field mostly in GSM/UMTS Radio Access Network Planning
•Good understanding of 2G/3G RF network planning and optimization guidelines
•Good understanding of RF ancillary equipment and function
•Knowledge and practice of RF planning tool and Drive test measurement tools
•Good understanding and interpretation of 2G/3G Key performance indicators and reporting
•Must hold valid drivers license.
