Shift Supervisor – Mobile Maintenance – Botswana Salary Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications  Responsibilities:

• Supervision of employees providing maintenance within the mining pit
• Overseeing works conducted within the maintenance workshop
• Conduct work scheduling and supervise maintenance activities
• Manage   assistance and solutions in the event of unplanned maintenance

Minimum requirements:

• Require 6 years hands on experience on mobile plant maintenance
• Base metals mining projects and other commodities
• National Craft Certificate in Heavy Plant Mechanics, Auto Electricals or similar vocation /Diploma,
• Certificate in Mobile Plant engineering·
• Proficiency with the use of Pronto software and other CMMS is a prerequisite.
• Caterpillar, Liebherr and Sandvik mining equipment product and technical knowledge
• Preferably Motswana Citizen
