Mine Manager – Botswana Salary Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications  Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage all technical functions
• Development where required and implementation of all management operating systems – mining department
• Building training programs
• Ensuring optimization and production schedules are in line with budgetary
• requirements
• Ensuring maintenance planning is in line with production requirements
• Report reviews and performance improvement, providing vision and direction for the production function.

  Minimum requirements:

• Require 10 – 15 years’ experience working in either surface or underground mining
• Base metals mining projects and other commodities
• Degree in Mining Engineering or related qualification
• Good Supervision / communication / reporting skills
• Proficiency with the use of Surpac software, and/or other relevant mining software
• Preferably Motswana Citizen
