Superintendent – Metallurgy – Botswana Salary Negotiable depending on experience and qualificationsResponsibilities:

• Maximizing recovery whilst improving concentrate quality
• Control costs within the safety and production requirements
• Oversee project compliance with maintenance policies and standards as measured by regular audits
• Metallurgy and maintenance coordination in order to meet production forecasts
• Initiate   improvement of safety and production
• Ensure metallurgy section operates within budget

Minimum requirements:

• Require 10 years supervisory experience working and managing key metallurgical processes
• Base metals mining projects and other commodities
• Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing or chemical engineering
• Vast experience in floatation, milling, crushing and grinding sections of the process plant.
• Preferably Motswana Citizen
